Elara Flares - Length Guide
| Version | Inseam (cm) | Recommended Height | Fit Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Petite | 79 cm | 169 cm and below | Floor-skimming for petite builds, perfect with sneakers |
| Tall | 85 cm | 170cm and above | Elegant flare without dragging, ideal for taller builds |
Our Elara Flares are designed to kiss the floor, not drag.
Petite and Tall lengths are based on real body testing, so every size XS–4XL gets the same perfectly balanced inseam.
A guide to choosing your Elara length
Our Elara Flare is offered in two inseams so the silhouette sits exactly where it should — never pooling at the foot, never cutting short at the ankle.
The short answer
- Under 168cm (5'6"): the Petite Elara — 79cm inseam.
- 168cm and above: the Tall Elara — 85cm inseam.
Petite Elara — 79cm inseam
Designed for women up to 168cm (5'6") in height. The 79cm inseam falls just past the floor in flat shoes, with a soft break over the toe rather than a heavy puddle.
Best for: studio sessions, school run, walking, pilates. Pairs cleanly with our Muse Halter and any low trainer.
Tall Elara — 85cm inseam
Designed for women from 168cm (5'6") and above. The 85cm inseam falls with the same considered drape — long enough to sit beautifully with flat shoes, structured enough to hold its shape through the day.
Best for: longer frames, women who've felt cut short in standard activewear, and anyone who wants to wear flares with a low boot or platform.
Still in between?
If you sit close to 168cm, the choice usually comes down to footwear. Choose Petite if you mostly wear flat trainers and want the flare to skim the floor. Choose Tall if you wear a slight platform, a low boot, or prefer your flares to drape with extra length.
How to measure your inseam at home
- Stand flat against a wall in bare feet.
- Place a soft tape measure at the inner top of your thigh, where the leg meets the body.
- Run the tape straight down to the floor.
- That measurement is your inseam.
If your inseam reads under 78cm, the Petite Elara is for you. If it reads 80cm or above, choose Tall.
Frequently asked
Are the Petite and Tall the same fabric and cut? Yes. Both are cut from our CoreForm™ fabric (Nylon + Lycra Sport, 220gsm) with the same waistband, rise and flare. Only the inseam length changes.
What size do I order in each length? The same one you'd usually wear — both Petite and Tall are offered across the full XS–4XL size range. Length is independent of size.
Can I exchange between Petite and Tall? Yes. If you order one length and need the other, our exchange process covers both. See our [returns page] for details.
Will I trip on the Tall Elara if I'm closer to 168cm? No — the Tall is designed to drape, not drag. The hem clears the floor in flat trainers and falls cleanly over a slight platform.

HOW TO CARE FOR COREFORM™
Considered fabric lasts longer when it's looked after. A few small habits will keep your CoreForm pieces feeling new:
Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out
Wash with similar tones and similar fabrics
No fabric softener, it coats the fibres and reduces stretch recovery
Line dry in the shade, avoid the dryer where you can
Don't iron, don't bleach
Is CoreForm squat-proof?
Yes. The 220gsm weight and Nylon + Lycra blend hold opacity through every position.
Will it pill over time?
Not with normal wear. CoreForm is woven to resist pilling, and washing inside out extends that life further.
Is it stretchy in all directions?
Yes — CoreForm is a four-way stretch fabric, which is why our pieces move with the body rather than fight it.
Is CoreForm sweat-wicking?
Yes. The blend pulls moisture away from the skin and dries quickly between sessions.
